The Criolla Sella is a milder pepper native to the Andes Mountain region, used in a variety of dishes. It is a mild pepper, similar to Jalapeno in heat, and has a citrus/fruity flavor. Great when sliced lengthwise on sandwiches, giving a unique flavor to pizza, or added to your favorite salsa recipe.
