Our best selling pepper in 2018! A massive stuffing pepper from Turkey, each pod can weigh up to a full pound. Because they are so large we sell these "per pepper" instead of by weight. Harvested when full red for peak sweetness!
These peppers are used in the traditional Turkish dish "biber dolmasi." This is a VERY sweet pepper which is used for stuffing. For recipe ideas, see our Facebook page.
